A delightful restaurant surprise

Our stay at Novotel Roma Eur was filled with pleasant surprises. The restaurant staff was outstanding, and the dinner exceeded our expectations—better than some nearby eateries. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the breakfast was hearty and enjoyable. Easy access to public transit made sightseeing a breeze.

However, there were a few downsides. The towels provided were often not as clean as expected, and the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Also, the walk to the nearest metro was longer than anticipated, making hot days feel even longer.

The stay was conveniently located near a major mall and offered an enjoyable experience thanks to the well-prepared meals at the restaurant. One highlight was the quality of the dinner we had there, which pleasantly surprised us with flavor and presentation. The breakfast selection was impressive, though a bit repetitive during our stay. We visited to explore the nearby attractions like the Museum of Roman Civilization and found that getting around to these sites was quite simple.

We enjoyed our stay with family, the kids loved the kids' area where they could play and unwind. The daily housekeeping was impressive, as we always found clean rooms and fresh towels, making it comfortable for all of us.

The happy hour with free snacks was such a nice perk after a long day, and the bartender made an amazing Negroni! I also appreciated the relaxing lounge area and the well-equipped fitness center. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi connection, which could be spotty at times. Don't miss the snacks in the afternoon! 🎉
